This shoe is cushioned from the inside, but it is not thickly cushioned, so if you are looking for a thickly cushioned shoe, then you can avoid this shoe.

This shoe is good for a short-distance run, but not good for a long-distance run.

This shoe is good for running, exercise, and daily use.

This shoe is comfortable to wear but there is no arch support inside this shoe so if you are looking for a shoe with arch support then you can avoid this shoe.
